Acquisitions

We offer a search and acquisition service whereby we represent only buyers and tenants. We utilise our extensive network of contacts to provide you with unrivalled access to an exceptional range of properties. We carefully source and negotiate on properties on your behalf with the aim of negotiating a net break-even and will often negotiate far more than our fee from the purchase price.

We require a £450 plus VAT registration fee which covers a 20-week contractual period during which time your bespoke search will take place. On exchange of contracts we charge 2% plus VAT of the purchase price or 15% of the saving between the asking price and purchase price, whichever is greater. For all rentals we charge one month’s rent plus VAT.
