    Step 1 – Book a FREE Valuation/Online Valuation with a local agent

    An experienced valuer will visit your property and discuss your requirements. The valuer will establish a comparable market price for your property taking into consideration the area, demand and condition of your property. They will advise you on the best way to receive maximum rental return. When deciding on your chosen agent you need to consider their market presence and expertise in dealing with lettings.


    If you entertain instructing PMP INTERNATIONAL, we will explain our services to you including the differences between our Let Only, Let and Rent Collection and Fully Managed services.

    Step 2 - Instructing PMP INTERNATIONAL

    If you decide to instruct PMP INTERNATIONAL, you will need to sign a copy of our Terms of Business and select the type of service you require. You will also need to provide the KYC and AML documentation.

    Step 3 – Organise Marketing of your Property

    We will organise marketing material such as professional photos, a floorplan and we will need to obtain a copy of the EPC rating (Electrical Performance Certificate). We will advertise on the largest property portals in the UK including Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket to achieve maximum exposure.

    Step 4 - Accepting an offer

    Once a prospective tenant has put forward an offer, we will put the offer to you in writing and if agreeable start the referencing process. We will book a check in inventory and lodge the deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme.

    Step 5 - Tenant Move In

    A check in inventory will be taken immediately prior to the tenant moving into the property. This is undertaken by an independent inventory clerk and will incorporate meter readings. A similar report will be taken when the tenant leaves the property and the two reports will be used in the event of a deposit dispute.


    You will have the opportunity to comment on the report if you disagree with any part of it. The tenant will be provided with all relevant documentation pertaining to the tenancy, including an Electrical Performance Certificate, a Gas Certificate (if the property is connected to gas) and Prescribed Information relating to the deposit. Full move in funds will be paid by the tenant. At this point the tenant will move into the property.
